We are passionate about two-wheelers, whether they have smooth or treaded tires, whether they run on the road or off-road, just writing these few words gives us goosebumps.

More than 45 years of experience in precision machining working with large companies in different industries, from racing to motorsport, aerospace to medical, led us to the desire and willingness to make our own products.

So we combined passion and know-how and coined the brand Fast Light, because our components must be light but fast.

OUR PROCESS

DESIGN

Design is a key point in the production process. In this phase our ideas begin to become more concrete and take shape.

3D PRINTING OF THE PROTOTYPE

With 3D printing we can finally make our design, and thus our idea, a reality by making the first prototype.

TEST

The 3D prototype is assembled to perform functional tests and all the tests necessary to validate the prototype.

MASS PRODUCTION

Once the prototype is validated, we can launch mass production. Our components are machined from a single block of aerospace aluminum by five-axis machining. They are also given anti-corrosion and anti-wear treatment to ensure durability and reliability over time.

ASSEMBLING

Once all the components have been produced, it is time to assemble them to get our final product. Assembly is done completely by hand with precision and passion..
